VENEZIA COLLECTION: ADMIRE, BE INSPIRED, FALL IN LOVE!
The highlight of the concluded KERAMA MARAZZI EXPO was the unveiling of the 2024 collection. It’s a unique expression of love for the unparalleled Venice, which has been the muse for new additions across all key product categories. Ceramic materials, bathroom solutions and our signature wallcoverings aid in crafting dream interiors with a Venetian flair.
Everything that the legendary city on water has to offer is encapsulated in the Venezia collection of ceramic materials, presented in designs and formats that are convenient for decoration and furnishing. The Venezia collection includes more than 30 series of wall tiles and porcelain gres — each offering a unique perspective on the mesmerizing beauty of Venice.
The collection includes series that authentically replicate Venetian finishes. For instance, the Ceppo di Gré stone (Ceppo di Gre series) is introduced in the KERAMA MARAZZI range. It resembles terrazzo and is composed of rock fragments cemented into a single monolith. The San Marco series also offers the aesthetics of Istrian limestone, which was used to pave the square in front of the Doge’s Palace.Venice is renowned for its traditional crafts, which are the focus of several series — it’s no surprise that their most striking elements are the decorative elements. In the Vero series, they draw inspiration from the renowned Murano glass. The Guardi series offers panels with a Venetian theme, executed in the technique of engraving. The pattern, seemingly embroidered on the surface of the Bevilaqua MAXI-carpet, is tied to the Venetian weaving tradition.Several popular series from the KERAMA MARAZZI range have found their continuation in the Venezia collection. Primarily, it’s the ceramic marble Monte Tiberio and Rialto: these series now include wall tiles and a significantly updated selection of porcelain gres. Trendy textures and new shades are also available in the Onice series.
Naturally, Venice with its scenic canals couldn’t help but inspire fresh ideas for a new range directly associated with water. This inspiration is manifested in the Magia di Venezia collection of bathroom solutions, which includes several series of sanitary ware, furniture, mirrors, faucets and shower enclosures.
Many of the proposed solutions cater to two moods typical of the bathroom: morning invigoration and relaxed unwinding after a long day. The colours, textures and forms that fill the bathroom space in both scenarios are defined by the MAGICA and VETRATA series. The items included in them can either awaken you for an active day or provide much-needed tranquillity. Flexible lighting scenarios will allow you to combine both moods in the same room.
When talking about a new bathroom collection, we often have to say ’for the first time.’ For instance, the MAGICA series for the first time features a washbasin with a height of 305 mm, which is unique on the market. In the VETRATA series, such a novelty is the arched mirrors — narrow and wider, which can be placed next to each other. The CRISTALLO series of shower enclosures will impress you with its unique fluted glass, specially lightened for crystal clear transparency.
Several series of KERAMA MARAZZI’s signature wallcoverings, developed during the creation of the new collection, have a direct connection to Venice. This connection manifests differently in each case — sometimes in the motifs and narratives of the graphics, sometimes on a deeper, emotional level.
The delicate watercolour tones of the Reflection wallcovering, the damask pattern of the Orient series seemingly embroidered on fabric, and of course, the Galatea wallcovering, where the pattern of motifs resembles marbled paper, a favourite Venetian souvenir, are all imbued with a Venetian mood.
The Renaissance series is not to be overlooked: it features the brown and terracotta colours typical of palazzo decoration, and its texture resembles the aged plaster that can be seen all over Venice.
Another significant expansion of the KERAMA MARAZZI range, made in collaboration with Surface Laboratory, is the new SUPERMAXI materials in the 119.5 × 320 size, as well as additions to existing series. Fresh shades have been introduced in the series featuring the aesthetics of Tuscan marble Bardiglio Imperiale, travertine and Pietra Lavica stone from Sicily. The natural textures are complemented by ceramic panels with a striking oak pattern (Credo) and a new series dedicated to the most common volcanic rock — basalt.
We invite you to find inspiration at KERAMA MARAZZI stores, where you’ll soon be able to explore all the new arrivals.
